Title: Molecular Response and Imaging-based Combination Strategies for Optimal PDT
This Program Project Grant (P01) seeks to develop a new platform for human cancer therapeutics with a focus on Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma (PDAC) and Non-Melanoma Skin Cancer (NMSC). We build on our clinical and preclinical learning in the prior cycles to capture the excitement of immune checkpoint inhibition (ICI) therapy and develop a strategy to make it more effective and increase the patient cohorts eligible for this treatment.
